The existing warehouse, initially used as car repair centre, is located on one of the most important roads of Varese and it’s closed to the highway. It has a huge park that makes the place easily accessible and affordable for commercial activities.

The building has been converted into a low-Cost / High quality dental surgery with nine dentist’s armchairs, a specialistic laboratory and many other facilities. The new facade is designed to welcome and protect clients and to become a recognizable symbol of the new activity.
